癌症靶向治疗的心血管毒性作用
Cardiovascular Toxic Effects of Targeted Cancer Therapies

心脏肿瘤学领域代表着癌症和心血管疾病的学科交叉,该临床专业聚焦于癌症患者的心血管治疗,并且因为新型肿瘤靶向治疗的出现而扩展。虽然靶向治疗已显著改变了很多癌症的自然病程,但可能引起心血管性、血栓性或代谢性并发症,这些并发症可在治疗过程中或治疗结束后表现出来。本文着重综述可能和这些新型癌症靶向治疗相关的心血管毒性作用,并提供该新兴领域的一个全面纵览。尽管这一领域数据缺乏,尚需深入研究,但本文推荐一些与患者治疗相关的可能的预防和治疗的策略。
