《新英格兰医学杂志》在2019年5月30日发表的关于在中国北方发现新的蜱传病毒的研究报告,标志着在近年新发传染病研究领域又有了新的进展1。该文章报告了在中国东北地区新发现的RNA病毒,能够引起人类急性感染,以显著的发热、头痛等非特异性症状为主,但没有发现与之相关的死亡病例。报告特别提出了蜱虫叮咬与人感染新型病毒相关。

摘要


背景

2017年,中国对蜱传播疾病的监测工作发现了1例到内蒙古自治区一家医院就诊的不明原因发热性疾病患者。疾病的临床表现与蜱传脑炎病毒(TBEV)感染相似,但未检出TBEV RNA或抗体。

 

方法

我们从指示病例采集了血液标本,并且试图分离病原体并利用基因组序列分析和电子显微镜来鉴定病原体。此外还在同一家医院启动了加强监测计划,筛查有发热、头痛和蜱叮咬史的其他患者。我们通过逆转录酶-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和细胞培养来检测病原体,利用免疫荧光和中和分析来确定患者血清标本内的病毒特异性抗体水平。

 

结果

我们发现指示病例感染了以前未知的分节段RNA病毒,我们将其命名为阿龙山病毒(Alongshan virus,ALSV),该病毒属于黄病毒科的荆门病毒群。RT-PCR证实内蒙古自治区和黑龙江省86例有发热、头痛和蜱叮咬史的患者感染了ALSV。血清学检测表明,有急性期和恢复期标本的所有19例患者均发生了血清阳转。

 

结论

研究表明,新发现的分节段病毒与中国东北部的一种发热性疾病相关(由中国国家重点研发计划[National Key Research and Development Program of China]和中国国家自然科学基金[National Natural Science Foundation of China]资助)。
