全球范围内COVID-19患者的激增及他们对紧急治疗和重症监护的需求给医疗系统和医院带来了沉重负担。无论是在社区还是工作场所,医护人员治疗患者过程中暴露于COVID-19的风险均较高1。与COVID-19相关的医护人员隔离和医学观察又额外增加了医疗系统的负担。疫苗上市之后,一直倡导医护人员优先接种疫苗,我们也开始获得医护人员接种疫苗后的真实世界效力数据。
