世界各国和美国各地政府都开始分阶段“重新开放经济活动”。一些地区一直在考虑使用血清学抗体检测筛查可能的免疫力,并确定可在不太严格的防控措施1下复工以及可以被分配到暴露高危工作岗位的人员。虽然抗体检测法的供应滞后,而且成功的防控措施使血清阳性率保持在低水平,不能完全依赖阳性检测结果,但在不久的将来,抗体检测将成为可行的方案。这一观点并非没有批评者。例如,4月24日,世界卫生组织(WHO)发布了以下指南:“在COVID-19大流行的目前阶段,并无充分证据证明抗体介导免疫的有效性,也无法保证‘免疫护照’或‘无风险证明’的准确性2。”

WHO指出了许多不确定性,这是正确的。抗体能使我们拥有免疫力吗?如果可以,能持续多久?抗体检测的准确性如何?如果批准并无实际免疫力的人重返工作场所,可能对个人和集体造成哪些损害?急于重返工作岗位的人们为产生抗体而故意接触病毒的危险有多大?
